Panoramic Tour of Farellones and Valle Nevado
Overview: We invite you to discover the most renowned ski centers in Santiago. Just over an hour away, we begin our journey into the Andes Mountains to enjoy winter resorts that allow for sports and recreational activities in the snow.
Our first stop is Farellones, the first ski center created in Chile, which attracts renowned skiers from Chile and around the world every season. You will have the chance to explore the features of this center, learn about its history, and enjoy the snow and its facilities during your free time (costs not included in the tour).
We will continue our tour along the road leading to Valle Nevado ski center. Again, you will have free time to explore the facilities and activities it offers to visitors (costs not included in the tour).
Once the visit to Valle Nevado is completed, we begin our return journey to your hotel in Santiago.
Itinerary planning: Our transport will pick you up from your hotel at the previously agreed time. We will travel to the first ski center in approximately 1.5 hours from downtown Santiago. Along the way, we will stop for breakfast (not included in the tour) and at the agency where you can rent snow equipment and clothing. The travel time between both ski centers is 6 hours. After the activity, we will return to your hotel in Santiago.
Tour recommendations: To make your expedition enjoyable, we recommend wearing appropriate clothing for recreational activities in the snow, such as waterproof jackets and pants, as well as excellent footwear. If you rent, our providers will give you the best recommendation tailored to you. Additionally, we suggest bringing water to stay hydrated and snacks. Lastly, don’t forget to use sunscreen and sunglasses, as the sun’s reflection on the snow can expose your skin and eyes to intense solar radiation.
